During the talks, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Turkmen-Ugandan cooperation in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, as well as cultural-humanitarian spheres.

The interlocutors noted with satisfaction the steady development of bilateral relations, paying particular attention to contacts at the highest and high levels. In this context, the significance of the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uganda Robinah Nabbanja, in the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, held in August 2025 in the National Tourist Zone "Avaza", as well as the participation of the Ugandan delegation in other international events held in Turkmenistan in 2025, was emphasized.

Emphasizing the importance of enhancing interaction between the foreign ministries of the two countries, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in holding the first round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uganda in the second half of 2026 in Ashgabat.
