Year-round Demand for Yarn

Last week, 19 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

In foreign currency, businessmen from the UAE, Switzerland and Afghanistan purchased hydrotreated diesel fuel and aviation kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex.

Cotton yarn was also sold in foreign currency to traders from Turkey and Azerbaijan. The sum total of the deals exceeded US $33,693,000.

In local currency, entrepreneurs from the UAE, Scotland, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan bought cotton yarn (over 12,000,000 manats).
