From 31 August to 11 September 2023, Georgia hosts the 5th Anniversary Edition of Tsinandali Classical Music Festival.

The Festival draws some of the greatest performers, conductors, composers and classical music lovers from around the globe to Tsinandali. The Festival is attended by musicians from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Great Britain, Germany, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Ukraine and Turkmenistan.

The opening of the festival began with a performance by Turkmen musicians representing Turkmenistan as part of the Pan-Caucasian Youth Orchestra.

During the Festival, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan in Georgia Mr. D. Seyitmammedov met with the organizers of the Festival, as well as with young Turkmen musicians.

The Ambassador expressed his gratitude to the organizers of the festival and noted that an integral component of the modern Turkmen-Georgian interstate dialogue is the cultural and humanitarian sphere, where Turkmenistan and Georgia have great traditions of joint activities and creative cooperation.

Holding such events will contribute to strengthening intercultural ties between our countries, as well as will create unique opportunities for young musicians to explore the world of music and promote their musical education.
