EMBASSY OF TURKMENISTAN IN GEORGIA HELD IN TBILISI TREE PLANTING ACTION

 On March 26, 2016 the Turkmen Embassy in Georgia together with the municipality of the City of Tbilisi and the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs conducted an action to plant trees, dedicated to the year of 2016 which was announced in Turkmenistan as the "Year of honoring the heritage, transforming the Motherland" and the 25th anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan.

The action was attended by the heads of the embassies and international organizations accredited in Georgia, Tbilisi Mayor D.Narmaniya, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister D.Jalagania, Deputy Minister of Justice G.Lordkipanidze, Deputy Minister of Environment Protection E.Gogulava, representatives and employees of the Office of the President, the Government, the Parliament of Georgia, various ministries, agencies and research and educational institutions in the country.

At the opening of the tree planting campaign the Mayor of Tbilisi and the Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister took the floor and expressed to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Georgia their appreciation for the initiative and the excellent organization of this action dedicated to the anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan.

Also, ambassadors, diplomats, representatives of various Georgian ministries and departments who took part in the event, expressed their sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan.
