97.27 percent of the constituents took part in the elections of the head of Turkmen State

At 19:00, the voting for the elections of the President of Turkmenistan was stopped. Now, the election committees will have to count the votes. 

As informed by the Central Election Committee, 97.27 percent of the constituents voted at the Presidential Elections in Turkmenistan. This information is given as of 19:00 when all polling stations stopped their work all around the country. 

The vote counting will define who will become the President of Turkmenistan out of nine candidates. The course of elections is monitored by national and international observers.
